What Happens If My Parent Needs More Care in Assisted Living?

Moving a parent into assisted living can bring tremendous relief, but many Bay Area families eventually wonder what happens when assisted living care needs increase. Will Mom or Dad be able to stay in the same community? Will the monthly cost go up? And what happens if dementia, mobility, or medical needs change? Meals are available. Help is nearby.
